This website is owned and operated by Webb Roping Productions dba Ultimate Calf Roping. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors information regarding events and the ability to purchase memberships, side-pots, and entry fees necessary to compete at our events. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.
When purchasing a membership or paying side-pot, or entry fees; you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for services/products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
All memberships, side-pot fees, and entry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE unless you contact us by email BEFORE competing at the event that the fees were purchased for. You must receive a written response verifying receipt of your desire to receive a refund BEFORE the event begins.

When you purchase a Webb Roping Productions Membership or an Ultimate Calf Roping Membership online, you will receive a verification email. Your name will be placed on our membership list. Webb Roping Productions Memberships expire the last day of the Junior World Finals each December. Ultimate Calf Roping Memberships expire the last day of our finals each spring.
When you purchase a side-pot fee or entry fee you will receive an email notification and we will place you on the time sheet for the appropriate event and provide the information to the producer.

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Webb Roping Productions dba Ultimate Calf Roping. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.
You recognize and agree that by uploading any content (including, but not limited to forms, documents, photos, designs, images, animations, videos, audio files, fonts, logos, illustrations, compositions, artworks, interfaces, text and literary works) through any means to the website, you confirm that you own all the relevant rights or received the appropriate license to upload/transfer/send the content. You agree and consent that the uploaded/transferred content may be publicly displayed at the website.
We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment
You agree to indemnify and hold Webb Roping Productions dba Ultimate Calf Roping harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against us by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Webb Roping Productions dba Ultimate Calf Roping, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Webb Roping Productions dba Ultimate Calf Roping assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.
We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these pages periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.
You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please just notify us at any time.
Before you purchase memberships, pay side-pots fees, and entry fees, to compete in our events you should consider the following:
By proceeding to pay through the checkout process, you are stating that you
UNDERSTAND that the participant’s entry into the rodeo arena and/or participation in rodeo events contains DANGER AND RISK OF INJURY OR DEATH TO PARTICIPANT, that conditions of the rodeo arena change from time to time and may become more hazardous, that rodeo animals are dangerous and unpredictable, and that there is INHERIT DANGER in rodeo which we each appreciate and voluntarily assume because the participant and we choose to do so. Each of us has observed events of the type that the participant seeks to participate in. We further understand that the arena surface, access ways or lack thereof, lighting or lack thereof, and weather conditions all change and pose a danger to the participant. We further understand that other participants/contestants pose a danger to the participant, but nevertheless, WE EACH VOLUNTARILY ELECT TO ACCEPT ALL RISKS connected with the participant’s entry into the arena and/or participation in this event.
AGREE that this agreement shall apply to any incident, injury, accident, or death occurring during Ultimate Calf Roping events and Webb Roping Productions events including qualifiers for the Junior World Finals FOR A PERIOD OF TIME covering any statutory period in which a cause of action may accrue for minors or adults.
You REPRESENT that participant is physically capable of participating and that his/her horse and other equipment is in working condition.
You AGREE to observe all rules and generally conduct yourselves in a safe and prudent manner while competing in the events.
You GRANT permission for the use of participant and all accompanying individuals’ names, pictures, videos, etc. taken during the event for any promotional materials, publications, or use on social media.
You CONFIRM that all information submitted is true & correct & understand that any false representation is grounds for disqualification & fees will not be refunded.
You AGREE that all decisions will be made by the production team. These decisions are not made lightly & cannot be appealed.
You GIVE emergency personnel, the participating hospital, and the physicians on the medical staff of the hospital, permission to administer NECESSARY emergency treatment for injuries participant may incur while participating in Ultimate Calf Roping events and Webb Roping Productions events including qualifiers for the Junior World Finals. You understand that each contestant should be covered by medical insurance.
You hereby release emergency personnel, the participating hospital, physicians on the medical staff, and the rodeo sponsors from all liability.
WARNING:
UNDER TEXAS LAW (CHAPTER 87, CIVIL PRACTICE & REMEDIES CODE),
A LIVESTOCK SHOW SPONSOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR AN INJURY TO OR THE DEATH OF A PARTICIPANT IN A LIVESTOCK SHOW RESULTING FROM THE INHERENT RISKS OF LIVESTOCK SHOW ACTIVITIES. WE HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT, WE UNDERSTAND IT IS A RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS, WE APPRECIATE AND ASSUME ALL RISKS INHERENT IN RODEO.
These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the services, shall in all respects be interpreted, enforced, and governed under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to any rules of conflict of laws that would require the application of the laws of a state other than Texas. If there is any dispute, claim, question, or disagreement concerning the use of our website and our services, you shall notify Webb Roping Productions dba Ultimate Calf Roping in writing to attempt to resolve such dispute in good faith negotiations. For a period of 30 days following such notification, the parties shall use their best efforts to settle any such dispute in these good faith negotiations, which shall be a condition precedent to either party initiating arbitration. All disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration conducted by a single, independent arbitrator and administered by the American Arbitration Association Commercial Arbitration Rules and procedures then in effect but excluding any rules or procedures governing or permitting class actions. By agreeing to arbitrate all disputes, each party waives all rights to a trial by jury in any action or proceeding involving any dispute. The arbitration shall take place in Denton County, Texas. Each athlete (and such athlete’s parents or legal guardian if the athlete is a minor) agrees to submit to the personal jurisdiction of any federal or state court in Denton County, Texas, in order to compel arbitration, to stay proceedings pending arbitration, or to confirm, modify, vacate or enter judgement on the award entered by the arbitrator. Each athlete (and such athlete’s parents or legal guardian if the athlete is a minor) waives any argument that such forum does not have personal jurisdiction, is not appropriate or is inconvenient. Each athlete (and such athlete’s parents or legal guardian if the athlete is a minor) further agrees that all disputes and cause of action arising out of or in connection with competition, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action and shall not be consolidated or joined with or in any arbitration or other proceeding involving a dispute of any other party – the arbitrator shall have no authority to arbitrate any dispute as a class action or in any other form other than on an individual basis. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered by any court having jurisdiction thereof.
